Thomas Builders, Inc. (Niota, TN) seeks Assistant Project Manager. Plan, direct, or coordinate activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Order all material which meets the minimum requirement for Brand standards. Schedule city, state, 3 rd party inspection and reviewing inspection reports. Req: B.S. in Construction Management or related/equivalent. One year as a Project Manager/Engineer or related.
6 months of experience collaborating to manage budgets, budget transfers, change orders, work orders and contracts for scope of work; and assisting on request of pay applications, purchase orders, changes, records, and documentation required.
